Naked Eyes are a British synth-pop duo formed in Bath, England in 1982 by Pete Byrne and Rob Fisher. Best known for their 1983 hit “Always Something There to Remind Me,” the band blended catchy melodies with sleek electronic production and introspective lyrics. Part of the MTV-era new wave movement, Naked Eyes captured the emotional undercurrents of early ’80s pop and remain fondly remembered for their polished, heartfelt contribution to synth-driven music.
