Bow Wow Wow is a British new wave and post-punk band formed in 1980, fronted by charismatic singer Annabella Lwin and managed by Malcolm McLaren. Known for their infectious rhythms, tribal-style drumming, and edgy pop sound, they achieved success with hits like “I Want Candy” and “Go Wild in the Country.” Blending punk attitude with danceable grooves, Bow Wow Wow left a lasting mark on the early ’80s music scene and continue to influence alternative pop and new wave artists.
